5 At-home Dance/Acro Practice Tools and Equipment

Everyone in the USA or wait... everyone in the world is stuck at home! What tools are beneficial for our dancer to have at home during this time?  Even when there is not a virus, these essential items will help your dancer practice and improve their technique.  They will also help make their online dance experience a little more fun!

1. Gym Mats

Gym mats are ideal for dance and acro classes!  There are so many uses either laid out flat or folded up.  A must for protection from dance floor work or strength and conditioning.

3. Yoga Block

A turning disc could help you improve the quality and quantity of your turns by reducing friction. It helps you develop proper leg, body, and hand positions during rotation.  Discs are also good when executing splits for strength.
