1. Alternating Split Leaps
You want to do a right split leap, a left split leap and a right split leap all without taking a step in between. Repeat that 5x.
We are going to do sautes in parallel, with the right foot forward, then the left foot forward, and in second position. 10x each
3. Running Straight Leg Skips
Take 3 runs and brush the leg up in a straight leg skip. Do each leg 10x
To end Day two I want you to do your Right, Left, and Straddle splits. Make sure to hold them for 20 seconds.
