YAY!!! The 7 Day Split Leap Challenge is here!


How are we feeling today?  A little sore? That's OK!  We might be using muscles we haven't used in a while.  It will get easier!  With some hard work and determination your guys are going to ROCK your split leaps.

1. Leap The Creek

Place two ropes or tape lines on the floor.  Standing on the outside leap over with straight legs and hold your arabesque position.  Do this 10x on BOTH legs.

2. Needle Kicks

Some of you may know them better as 6 o'clock.  Levering over, kick your leg to the back as high as you can and touch your hands to the floor.  Make sure to start with your arms up by your ears!  Do the right and the left legs for a total of 20x

3. Straight Leg Skips

We did these on Day 1.  Do another set of 20

4. Splits

To end Day two I want you to do your Right, Left, and Straddle splits.  Make sure to hold them for 20 seconds.
